Joe Stawarz

Biography

Joe completed his Bachelor of Performing Arts in Music with an Honours degree at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, majoring in Composition. 
Recently, Joe beat over 100 budding producers to win Beatport’s Slam Remix Competition. His wining remix of Slam’s We’re Not Here, earned him an artist deal with several 12” and an album due to come out on SOMA in the very near future.
Joe has also been making a name for himself as a laptop Ableton Live DJ at Minimal X-posure, his sublime minimal selections and mixing earning him a residency at The Velvet Lounge.
Itinerant Records is fortunate to have secured Joe’s service as a remixer for the time-being, he has become hot property of late as SOMA begin to secure an exclusive artist-arrangement deal with the rising young star.
