Ben Businovski
Biography
With a passion for deep, underground music; Ben launched his label Itinerant Records in July 2008. Initially a platform for his own compositions; the label has since grown to feature music from established international artists, as well as showcase rising talent from within Australia.
His discography includes signings to several leading European labels, Universal ID&T, Predicaments, Toneman and Night Drive Music all having released his music in the past. Interest in Ben’s music continues to develop from places such as Japan with Rennie Foster’s Dirty Works label and Code 316 in France planning to release his music in the near future.
Live performances have been with Heiko Laux, Alexander Kowalski, Ken Ishi and Green Velvet. More recently Ben has secured a DJ residency with Minimal X-posure (Perth’s premiere techno and electro night), and regularly hosts the long-standing Looney Choons techno-mix radio program on RTR FM.
